Posted By: a mother My son is 4 years old and his teacher says that he has low muscle tone in his shoulders. I have never experienced any problems. He also always sits very upright. I would like to have him assesed by a physiotherapist. But need to find someone that specialises in children. Is it possible that you can help me with a name. I am in Northern Jhb
