Posted By: Carmen I fully believe in equal rights and shared responsibility between partners and as parents. But since the birth of my daughter I find that dad has taken a hands off role and always relies on mom to take care of my angel daugter. We both work full time. Are there moms out there who can help with objective advice on how to get dad to help out more.
